WooCommerce Product Document – Product Edit Page
At the product edit page of Product document you can see product documents tab with the following settings.
Enable Documents: It allow admin to enable or disable the option for documents to show with the product tab and order items.
Enable Download: Allow users to download the document without purchase the product.
Hide files: Enable or disable the option to hide files on the product page.
Hide files: You an enable this option to hide files with order items.

At front-end you can see documents tab which shows uploaded files with download button.
